90 crx rear disc brake conversion parts clarification?
So I bought the trailing arms of a 93-97 del sol, do I also need control arms? people said their optional and I don't understand that one guy said you need them but have to reuse your crx compensator arm
can I reuse the del sol ebrake cable or I need one from a 89-91 SI? I cant seem to find a specific brake cable for that year si at least not OEM, would these work if I cant use the del sol ones? https://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/19...ake_cable.html
I also cant find a 2040 prop valve anywhere, can I use a 4040 or another alternative? I can get a 3040 off ebay but 2040 doesn't exist at the moment it seems messaged a couple guys that have junk yards but will probably have to wait til morning or monday at least to get an answer.
I tried to research this as much as possible but some people are unclear and the threads are like 10+ years old so I cant really post and ask.

The information hasn't changed in 10 years.
The rear lower control arms between EF and EG are the same length, so just reuse the same rear LCA. The toe link should definitely be the crx. Don't use others, it matters.
Use a whatever prop valve that matches the brake system, front brake and mc size you have.
Best option for rear brake cables is crx si for a crx chassis, duh. Others may fit, but to varying degrees of "fit" and "works".

OK let me be more clear here I have a 90 crx hf, I bought 93-97 del sol trailing arms that come with e brake cables, pads/rotors. If I can't reuse the del sol e brake cables can I use the ones I linked for the crx si their dorman or something similar.
Am I missing anything else besides the brake proportion valve?
