So one day my door lock cylinder on the driver door stopped working. I can put my key in it and turn it both ways but it does nothing to the locks.

After I found this out I took the door panel off and looked at the actuator, even testing a new one and it all seemed fine, so I just lubricated everything up but it still didn't work (and now my lock on the inside is a bit sticky and will sometimes get stuck where the motor runs a bunch for a second trying to lock (like "clickclickclickclickclick") before going back to being unlocked. )

Do I need to replace the lock cylinder? Or is it something else.
