help!! diagnostic port on accord coupe 1999

help!! diagnostic port on accord coupe 1999

i have looked in all the usual places and behind the ash tray, behind the carpet at the centre console, in the fuse boxes and i still cant see a port. Any ideas????

do you need to take the panel of to see it? i have looked under there above the pedals etc and cant see it

On my 2001 its above the hood release by the left kick panel
