Default Another leaked fuel line (fix suggestion)

Hi guys. I just completed a b16a2 swap in my em1. The car started right away beautifully with no CEL but died after 20 seconds. So, I found a small fuel leak on the feed line before the fuel filter. First i thought it was just the fitting not tightened enough but then i found a tiny crack/hole on the hardline itself about 6 inches right below fuel filter. Here is where i need a fix suggestion from you guys. I understand that fuel feed line is pressurized so i can't just patch that hole up. (Can I tho? lol). Here are my options.

(1) Replace with new oem hard line but that would require dropping the subframe.
(2) Replace with an aftermarket braided line with fittings from the tank to the filter (I found some quality ones as well as ebay but pricey as hell)
(3) Improvised my own fuel line at the firewall since the leak is just below the filter. This is my prefer fix but never personally created my own fuel lines before.

I've done K swaps numerous times, and some of the fuel setup had an inline filter which means feedline is cut at the firewall, connected and simply tightened with just clamps. But these lines were pressure tested quality stuff from Ktuned, Hybrid Racing etc. I've already called em but they wont sell me a single line that i need.
So any thoughts on suggestion? thanks in advance.

EDIT: I also found a chasebay kit that uses an inline filter but more $$$ than I'd wanna spend for.

Cut, flare, run a new section of line.

Inspect the lines underneath the car, if rusted you're looking at complete replacement soon anyway.

Use CuNiFe line, there are a couple of major brands like NiCopp. Beware of fake stuff on ebay which is just copper coated steel. The size is 5/16 inch or 8 mm.
