Icon5 99 Accord turbo obd1 rpm issue

Hi, so I recently got my Accord dyno tuned and got a p28 s300 ecu installed so the car can be tuned. I did use a jumper harness in order to go from obd2 to 1 ecu style. I do know for sure tho that the rpm signal is getting to the ecu, and right up till installing the s300, the tach was working perfect. I did some research and I think I found out that accords use the cks sensor to pick up the rpm. My tuner was saying that a wire on the distributor plug carries a rpm signal, but I'm not exactly sure even if I found a rpm signal wire, where would I run the wire to? I guess the jumper harness where it connects to the cars plugs, but I'm not sure, if anyone can help my tach issue, I would appreciate any input.

Later Accords pull the tach signal from the PCM directly rather than the blue wire off the coil/distributor.
Since the P28 doesnt have an output for Tach signal, you will need to pull the signal from the distributor.
