Recently I had not started my car for a few weeks and the battery drained, I tried turning it on and the engine cranked for a few seconds then stopped. Since then I changed the battery and the engine still will not crank. The strange thing is the emergency lights start every time I get in the car or turn it on. The dashboard lights work but I get no power to the engine can anybody help? Thank you
