Have a 94 del. Got a 90" integra b18a1 I wanna swap. Same situation, but trying to figure out how it will work putting an obd0 engine into my obd1 chassis. Plus trans was cable and my deals setup for hydraulic. Any insight?

Get a OBD1 or OBD2 swap instead.
You will need all the components off the new motor, EXCEPT for the shift linkage. It will have to be one from a DOHC VTEC Del Sol. If the engine is an OBD2, you will need to source a OBD1 P75 ECU (manual or auto will work).

OBD1 would be plug n play. They do make cable to hydro conversion kits for the tranny.

'90 Integra is OBD0, not OBD1.
