DTC B0090 Airbag Light On at all times

DTC B0090 Airbag Light On at all times
Hello community
My 2014 Accord EX-L had a front driver side crash in the front fender ,AIRBAG LIGHT ON ,I Had only DTC B0090 Scanner says ( No signal from the left front impact sensor ) .
the two wires going to the front left impact sensor located on the radiator core support were cut off ( blue /Black color) I reconnected them carefully , insulated them ,Replaced the front Impact sensor ( original dealer honda ) I sent the module for reset , code still there ,,Airbag Light on all time , clearing the code fails ,cannot be cleared and light is on all the time , checked driver seat belt , good continuity and good resistant (2.7 Ohm) checked the seat belt buckle good ,still cannot clear the B0090 and airbag light on at all times , any help and suggestions ,thank you
