this part is for a 1983 honda civic 1500
i removed it and forgot to tag it.
now i have no clue what its for or where it goes.
can someone tell me where to stick it??

 

Looks like the mount for removing the engine or transmission..something to anchor the chain too..or or tow hook..look on engine block, trans,or under car for missing bolt holes..

 

i agree! and i already did look everyplace on the egine, under the car, on the tran but can not find where it goes.
i could install the engine without it if its just a hook point but i would hate to have the engine in and hooked up then discover it something important and have to pull out again.
