2000 Honda Civic Si Pure Stock.
I’m racing my Civic Si on a 1/3 mile oval asphalt track. As the name of the division states “Pure Stock “. My question, is there anyway at all to get some camber, castor and toe put in the car?. There has to be some ways to do this.

Really depends on the parameters they will allow to keep you in the class you are in currently.
Adjustable control arms up front. Aftermarket adjustable toe arms on the rear. But at this point wouldn't be stock.
If you needed more positive camber in the rear, you could do the washer trick on the rear..
Look into SPC adjustable suspension parts.

You need Class 10.9 (metric) flange bolts in a 1.25mm pitch. I believe they are M10 for the rear UCA.
May be kinda tough to find. Honda uses weird thread counts.
Class 8.8 will not work. They're not to be mistaken for "grade 8".
Strange that you want POSITIVE rear camber, however. You just want the thing to rotate, I'm guessing?
Too bad there's no "stock" way to add a lot of front camber. That's where the cornerning speed is at.
