2000 Integra LS charging system not working????
I can't figure out what the problem is with my integra. It has the exact same problems as the *fuse 15 popping/blowing* but there are no blown fuses or shorts in the wiring.
I've checked all of the wiring and there are no exposed wires/shorts that i can see. I've replaced the alternator twice, battery, perfectly fine fuses. I've been trying to figure the problem out for almost two months now and its really getting on my nerves because it should have been solved. I know that the alternator is ran in the same circuit with the VSS, Secondary o2 sensor, 3 EVAP things and the ECM/ECU. I'm at a standstill now, and don't know what to do. Do you guys think it could be an ECU issue? I really miss driving my integra so any help would be appreciated! Please let me know if there's anything i could be possibly missing something out of this post!

Forgot to add that the secondary o2 sensor did actually short against the heat shield so the o2 sensor code is the only one because I removed the o2 sensor
[QUOTE=wunfstgsr;51940584]So basically your saying the battery gets drained and you have no power? And there is no power when you try to start the car?[/QUOTE
i have full power with the car on, until the battery dies because the charging system isn’t working. Then the car starts with a boost then once I disconnect the jumper pack it’s hogs out and dies.

It can only point to a bad Alternator, Make sure the battery is fully charged or new, Auto zone will give the battery a free charge and voltage test. try a known good used OEM alternator, it can be possible the alternators went bad even being new. Double check all connections especially the plug that plugs into the alternator check the wires that go into the plug to see if there pulled out not getting a full connection, make sure the GROUND is properly bolted down.

At the connector to the alternator, with the ignition switch in the ON or START position, check to see if there is power (+) at the Blk/Yel (IG) wire. Under-dash Fuse No. 15 (7.5A) supplies the ignition input that turns on the alternator/regulator assembly. If that fuse is blown or there is no power going through the Blk/Yel wire to the alternator when the ignition switch is turned ON, the alternator will not charge.
The owner's manual fuse numbering is different than the service manual.
