How? With just a ECU with hondata? And do I have to take it to a dyno?

You can Contact http://www.phearable.net/ and they can provide you with the correct OBD1 ECU and they can install the Hondata in the ECU as well as give you a base line or pre tune calibration for whatever mods you have on the engine, If the engine is stock I have no idea why you would want a Hondata but if you have say a intake, header, cams, exhaust ect, you list the modifications and they will setup the Hondata to run the engine safely, this is not a full dyno tune or close its just a few calibrations that will run the engine fairly well, in fact im on a base map for my Supercharged setup from them, Knock on wood the Hondata S300 works perfect on my setup im on 9 psi of boost and I have a few mods im going to do before I have a tuner take over and fine tune the engine but I have been driving the car for over a year with the Hondata ECU they provided me, so no you don't have to go the dyno after but its always a good idea to have it fine tuned.
