94 EX with Code 22
94 EX with Code 22
The car is a 94 Accord EX and is showing a Code 22 which I see means VTEC pressure switch malfunction. Is the normal/usual solution to replace the switch? Or is there some other issue that comes up?

Simple test would be to see if there is continuity at the switch with the engine off.
Unhook the connector and check for continuity. If the switch has no continuity, then it is most likely bad or stuck open.
