My accord has been making quite a bit of noise lately. If I’m in stop and go traffic or in the city stopping at red lights then going, I would get hear something rattling in the front of the car. I would also feel it in the pedal. Also, when I’m slowly accelerating, i would hear grinding noises coming from the engine as well. I look at the rpm while this happens and it would jump and down around the low 2000s and high 1000s

any idea what could be causing this?

 

CV joints bad? You are going to have to put it up on a lift and inspect the underneath.
