94 ACCORD EX BLOWER RESISTOR

Do you have to pull the whole dash apart to get to this?

usually its in the blower motor housing

So it must be on top since it isn't in view on the bottom, or is it somehow hooked into the switch in the dash?

It should be behind the glove box door. You have to drop the door out of the way to get a look at it to unplug it, unscrew it, and install the replacement.
