Icon4 Clutch won't engage

I recently replaced the clutch on my 1993 del sol. It worked great for a minute or two, drove it around the block, then I came to a stop light and put it in first to go. When I let the clutch out I heard a popping noise and it would no longer grab any gear. I can hear a little grinding noise when I try to engage in 3rd 4th or 5th but the engine doesn't stall in any gear. I replaced the slave and bled it but it didn't help any. Took it back apart, everything looked alright, I replaced the spring on the throw out bearing since it seemed pretty weak. Running out of ideas as to what it could be.
Thanks

It sounds like you didn't have one of the axles all the way in.
