On my accord when i plug in the vacuum line the car dies, does anyone know why?

 

Be more specific.

 

When i run the vacuum line to one of the ports on the intake manifold and turn on the car it runs for a second and then dies, but if i disconnect the vacuum line it stays running

 

What is that vacuum line connected to at the other end? EGR, EVAP, Trans mount, intake solenoid, IAB solenoid...etc...etc....

There are a multitude of vacuum lines under the hood of an OBD2 Accord. Knowing nothing about your H22 swap doesn't help ether.....

 

Its an obd1 and the line is connected to a vacuum port on the intake manifold.
