Default P1298 code. What is this

I have a code p1298 on my 2002 Honda Civic. Has anyone run across this code to know what it is?

Something in the electrical system is probably buggy, could be PCM. Try resetting PCM and see if it helps.

ELD could be going bad. Mine threw this code when it was starting to go. I replaced it and never had the code again.

Make sure the alternator bracket bolts are tight as they have been known to loosen over time causing poor ground and frying the PCM.
