95 2.2 sedan, want to increase ride height, advice?
I got an EX 95 sedan, I want to lift it because the roads here suck, what's the maximum I can increase? 4 inches would be ideal but can I or it has to be less?
Can I use spacers? or I should change the shocks for longer ones?
Its mostly for city use

I would recommend first installing the smallest wheel (to clear the brakes) and largest tire (more side wall being the goal) that fits without rubbing. if you still can't live with it... sell it.
You mean getting tiny wheels with fat tires? would that increase the height?
The ghetto fabulous thing I've see folks usually do is swap the springs around and use a similar but different model.
You might be able to use Ody front springs on the front and then use your original front springs on the rear. This will increase the ride height quite a bit as the load capacity will be higher.
If your car has the original shocks/spings they may be sagging and you can easily loose and inch from that.
I wouldn't use spring spacers as they can cause coil bind and the shocks can only extend so far, which would make the ride harsh.
Might see if anyone sells 'top hat spacers', the DONK crowd used to have something like this. It fits between the top of the shock hat to extend the total height of the car without affecting the spring/shock combo.

Dont care much about the ride since the accord is already a bit too floaty for my taste but I'm concerned about mechanical issues from using spacers, like breaking the shocks
The tophat spacers you mean are these?:
