Default When Buying Pistons

When buying pistons, how do I know what size I need? I hear people saying they need .20 over bore or something.

If your block was over bore you would know since you would have sent it out to a machine shop to have that work done.

i've read about those. if you went overbore then get overbored pistons. what exactly is your question, cause i would like to get informed myself. like, do you need them for a certain block? be a little more specific. the shape, size, wieght, those have always something to do with compression

To lower the comp you need a thicker head gasket or lower comp pistons.
We can also lower the comp by massaging the chambers too.
