My ek is idling funky and won’t rev past 3,500, backfires and misfires

Hey guys been having these issues with my ek, it has a b16a in it. The video of it idling the cat is off cause I was checking to see if my cat was clogged maybe. New to Honda’s, this is my first one so any help or advice is greatly appreciated guys thanks!

Verify your timing belt isn't off by a tooth or so.

I second checking belt timing. not revving over 3500 is classic timing issue.

Do you have a CEL (MIL lamp illuminated on the dash) ???
