I'm absolutely positive this has been answered many times before on honda-tech so forgive me for asking but I promise I searched for it and just couldn't find it on here. I have a 95 del sol with a b18c/manual tranny swap and I need to know if the engine mounts are the del sol ones or the b18c ones (or something else altogether?). I have a rear mount that went out and I don't want to order the wrong thing, I checked other forums as well and they had conflicting answers. Anyway, if anyone can clear that up I would appreciate it.

 

Man this info is harder to find than I thought! Any ideas?

 

It will be best for you to order Del Sol VTi ( B16 ) mount, and see if you can mount it.
If not, I believe you can returnt it to store. Or replace it for other one, like Integra.

 

The mounts are just normal EG Mounts. You can buy oem ones from honda is theyre still made, cheap ones from rock auto, or various aftermarket ones. You will need to check however and see if you have the 2 bolts or 3 bolt driver side mount and verify with what you order to ensure itll fit.

 

Any honda oem parts site can verify this.

You will need the driver's side mount and rear engine bracket from a B series engine. Otherwise, the rest are the same and should bolt up no problem.

 

Thanks for the clarification, so by the rest being the same, does that mean both the b18 and d16 mounts are the same (besides the upper drivers side of course)? If so I'll just order a full kit of integra mounts and just do them all at once, only one is broken but they are so cheap I might as well do them all.

 

Sorry for the delay in response

The top transmission mount from a D will work.
The front torque mount on the transmission from a D series WILL NOT WORK. You will need this mount from a B series.
The rear mount from a D will work. (the one on top of the subframe), however you will need the rear bracket from a B series
The AC bracket from a B series will work (however mounting a D series compressor to a B series engine will require a different AC bracket from a P54).
