Honda 99 ex Mini me swap D15b1\z6.....ISSUES
Hey guys,
I recently finished swapping a mini me into a 99 ex civic coupe. Car was cranking but would not start. Until one day after the swap was complete the engine would not crank at all nor would the fuel pump turn on. I also figured that since the fuel pump was working on this new swap and the p28 came with the swap, I believe that the Civics' VI(vehicle immobilizer) does not match with the new ECU. Does the key need to be programmed to the civic and p28 to function?? help... so close to getting this done.
