I want to buy a Honda Accord but I'm not sure which one to get I heard some negative things about the 2018 model and that it has rattles and malfunction messages but I'm not sure if it's on all Honda's or just several models affected? The 1.5 engine is the one I'm interested in. I also live in a really hot environment that reaches 56 Celius (132.8) so I want a reliable car for everyday use. I'm new to Honda I never bought any Japanese car I used to own a BMW and now thinking of getting the Honda Accord. Any suggestions or pieces of advice. I really don't want to buy another BMW 3 series.

 

I'd lean towards the 19, but don't think you can really go wrong with either. As a former 3 and 5 series owner, i actually prefer the Japanese cars. You'll be relieved as to how much less maintenance Honda's require.
