Default Electrical gremlins

I recently picked up a new-to-me 99 accord sedan 4cyl. I picked it up after the prior owner had electrical issues where all the dash lights would come on (doors open, cel, seatbelts, etc) after reading a good amount on the forums I changed the alternator and ignition switch since that seemed to be the consensus on what caused that issue. 29 miles later CEL comes on, halfmile later all lights come on again. It only happens when I pull my foot off the gas and it starts coasting, pressing the gas and they go off, they also go off when I hit the brakes. CEL stays on though (going to run codes soon). Thoughts? Fixes?

It helps to know what your codes are, so throw them out there. That might have a clue in it.

Only codes are for my Cat, nothing that should cause electrical issues
