Hi for some reason I cant get my radio to turn on. I can get power from my constant power wire but I cant get power to the switch on power wire. I also tried re wireing it from the cigerets lighter switch on power but it dosent work either. I checked the fuses and there fine. So I was woundering if I hooked it up to constant power and just used the on off switch to turn the radio on and off will it put any extra drain on my battery when its switched off. I'm just having a hell of a time wireing it up. I hate wireing and am more of a mechanical guy so I'm completly lost. Any help would be great

 

Check and replace the 7.5 amp fuse thats located in the fuse box in the engine bay.
