Just don't hook the line up to the TB.

The line goes from the block to the TB then to the IACV then back into the block. Run one line from Block to block

how? easy...just leave those 2 bottom coolant spouts as-is...with no hoses attached to them.

The coolant lines that run to these 2 coolant spouts....just block them off or reroute them so they recirculate coolant. I dont suggest you do this if you live in a snowy climate or way low-temperature climate area though.

I've done this and I live in Ohio where we sometimes see -20 degree weather with windchill. A frozen throttle plate has never been a problem for me, but that doesn't necessarily mean I suggest this for someone else in cold weather. There is supposedly some phenomenon where ice crystals can actually form on the butterfly and cause it to freeze, but I've never had any problems with it.

Just a little FYI...

Be careful though, cause sometimes when u bypass those hoses ull get a surging idle and it is very annoying..
