I was replacing brake shoes on the rear of my 2001 accord and while I was fiddling with the forward brake shoe, I pushe on the cylinder and the rearward piston came out of the cylinder and fluid leaked out! Almost instantly I pushed the piston back in with my thumber and it quit leaking,

I then reassembled the whole brake system, tested the brake and then removed the break drum again for a second look. No brake fluid had come out and it doesn't appear to be leaking.

Do you guyz think I should replace that wheel brake cylinder with a new one or just bleed that brake line and forget it happened?

Always replace wheel cylinders when replacing shoes.

When the wheel cylinders push out to make up for the wear on the shoes, the area of the cylinder behind the cup(seal) can become corroded or gritty. When the pistons are pushed back in the cups will be pushed back onto the cylinder where the area is no longer smooth. This rough area will not allow a proper seal and can damage the cup, which will then leak.
Spend the ~$10 on a new wheel cylinder.

 

Yeah I replaced the cyclinders as soon as I could after this.
