Car popping out of 3rd, and small grind sound when going into 3rd

Recently my H swapped Civic has been popping out of 1st gear. Whenever I brake or let off the gas the shifter slightly moves and manages to pop out of first. Also if I have my hand on the shifter in 2nd and I brake or accelerate hard it feels like the gearbox slightly moves. This issue has been happening for a while, but occasionally when I shift into 3rd I get a little grind sound and resistance. I’m thinking the issue with first and second gear could be the transmission mounts, but I also needed some other people’s input. The transmission is a a M2B4 (lsd).
