Default 1995 civic ex d16z6 vtec fouled plugs and diluted oil

Hello everyone I have a d16z6 vtec. Bone stock. The problem is my oil keeps getting diluted with gas, and my plugs keep getting fouled up within minutes during idle. Obviously it's running rich a.f. the idle is also fluctuating once it's warmed up under load. I thought an injector was stuck open, but I replaced and still getting the same issue with gas in oil. I'm not getting any check engine lights.
I've tried a different map sensor, new distributor, new plugs , and replaced injectors. Issue keeps happening, kind of thinking it could possibly be the ECU. I've also tested the tps and I get .45 with throttle open all the way. I don't know where to go from here. Wondering if the o2 sensor can be fouled out with carbon from running rich, and it's keeping the car running rich, or could it ultimately be the ECU? Please help me out In losing hair trying to resolve this. What else can I check, or what other advice can yall give me?
P.S no cat, no resonator just straight pipe. And I do have a hairline fracture in the exhaust mani. FPR seems ok no gas on top only on the bottom line of it.
Please help me yall the car had 6 codes and was running very shitty when I got it, no codes but the issue I've stated with the diluting and fouling still exists. Cat starts easily and fast usually within 2 turn overs. TIA
