What does this cable do on the HVAC 92-95 civic AC module

Obviously, it is attached to the hot/cold slider control. It connects to the mechanism on the bottom of the heater box that changes the air temperature by moving the air door and the water valve.

Yea, I ended up figuring that out last night, but wasn't sure what it connected to, thank you.
