Passenger wheel not spinning?

hey so I just recently put a b20 into my ef along with front ex knuckles and new axles. The car is on jack stands and not in gear but the passenger side wheel is still not spinning. If I want to spin it I would have to force it to even have it to barely move while the driver side one is freely spinning, anyone knows what’s wrong? The knuckles was freely moving when it was out of the car. Maybe it’s the brake? I’m using the brake set up from a 96 civic coupe ex. Help me lol thanks.

You still have the hub ring on the back of the knuckle .It's being pinched by the axle.

Take the knuckle off and remove it from the back of the hub .

Is it not needed to be on? And is it hard to take off? Haven’t looked yet cause been busy with work.
