D14 IM swap (D16z6)
I am in DESPERATE need of some help. today i spent 6 fu***ng hours replacing my IM on my d14 to a d16z6 IM.
At first it reved to 4k instantly at start up, then that fixed itself, then i found a vacuum leak so it was at steady RPM.
Then I went for a test ride, and seems i can't give more than 10% throttle or it starts dying, i was thinking maybe FPR or fuel rail, since they are from then D16z6 i think, didn't pull it myself so can never be sure.
So to sum it up, idle varies between 1k-1,8k, and when i try do give it gas it almost dies out. what I am most woried about is the fact that i can't give it gas, first thing i'll try tomorrow is changing the rail and FPR to the old d14 one and see if that helps, unless someone got anything better to suggest?
