B20vtec tunes but idle very low and shuts off when driving .
Please help . I just got a b20b Type r head gsr trans set up and car runs fine but when u give it gas it gets clogged up , then hard to start it again and if it dose stay on is at a very very very low idle. Please help

What do you mean when you say it runs fine? It cranks and idles well from a cold start, but giving gas causes it t sputter and die, with a difficult restart and poor idle thereafter? We will need more info about your setup.
Check the fuel pressure at the rail.

The runs well and it has power but vtec doesn’t crack as hard , and when I first start in the morning it didn’t start I have to keep my foot on gas for 10 seconds then it stays on at low idle until it gets warm . I feel like I don’t have power thru out the whole rpm.

Nothing more to say. Get rid of the "Mugen" chip" , get a Hondata S300 v3 and get the car properly independently tuned.

Yup, trash that chip. A chip is not a tune. You can't buy a "tuned" chip. If you continue to run it, you WILL destroy your engine.
Get a professional tune.
P.S. Mugen does not sell chips. You bought an ebay knockoff, which is basically just a single-use chip that some random dude who has no idea how to tune flashed a chip with unknown parameters and sold it on ebay claiming it's from Mugen. It's not.
