Default How to remove wrist pin from B16 rod and pistons

Just like the topic, I cant figure out how to remove the rod from the piston, stock B16 rod and pistons. Do the wrist pins have to be pressed out, or heated?

tia

i pressed them out with a hydraulic press. they were in there tight!

be careful or you can damage the sides of the pistons when you press them out...

use heat and tap the pin out...it's a lot easier and there is less chance in damaging the piston
