The coil pack is on the right and the ICM is at the bottom... but what is the large module in the top left of the distributor? It hugs the spindle for the rotor. The case appears to be cracked and there are signs that there may have been 'tracking' to ground across the plastic casing. Could this have caused a 'no spark' situation?
Also, if I remove the blue/white wire from the ICM, and connect a test light to the (now empty) terminal and crank the engine, I get no signal or voltage indicated. Is this a sign of a faulty ICM? Thanks
