Default Bad MPG

Hello,
I have a 2006 Type-s
Mods are coil overs, intake, and exhaust
The problem is that I get about 17 mpg and it's been very consistent. I've done an oil change, spark plugs, alignment, checked my tire pressure, a fuel injector cleaner, and I've replaced my o2 sensor even though it wasn't throwing any codes. I also dont drive like a maniac (I shift around 2.5-3k). Would anyone know what would cause me to get such bad mpg? I'm only getting about 180 miles with a full tank, F-E. Any help would be appreciated!

what RPM does your car idle at?
have you checked your fuel pressure? stock fuel pressure regulator and injectors?
do you get smoke out the exhaust, pretty much any time you start it or accelerate hard?

It idles around 700-800 RPM. I haven't checked any of those things yet, and no I don't have smoke coming out at any time.
