what to tune with ctr pistons in itr motor

Ok, if I was to take a stock ITR motor, swap in CTR pistons for the stock pistons...and then put the motor back together...

What exactly am I going to be tuning? Can i just run on the stock ECU and just make sure I run 93 and maybe retarded timing? Or am I going to have to add fuel and tune it?
