Default Doors not unlocking

It got cold outside and started snowing and both of my doors are stuck on lock, I had to go through the trunk to be able in get inside and inside the levers won't go to unlock, it has power locks and it's a 99 coupe ex, even the key won't do anything, give me some pointers please thanks 👌

could the actuator freeze as well? Op get the car to opperating temp and blast the heat inside, get it as hot as possible see if it works? On cold morning, my driver lock is a little harder to “pop” but once the car is warm and dribem a bit it goes back to normal a 92 civic eith power locks.

I'm sure it can but the door lock rods will likely freeze before the actuator since it's metal while the other is plastic.

remove the door panels to see if the "plastic" liner is still there. If it's missing, you can recover the area with thick plastic sheeting. The liner helps insulate the door....to a point.
