So I just bought a b18b1 to put into my 91 integra, and I took the valve cover off to clean it and paint it, I put a tarp over it and didnt sdcure it enough and the wind blew it off and it rained inside of it. Can i towel dry it? Or did I just **** everything up?

 

Drain the oil as much as possible. Decide whether you want to pull the oil pan and clean it. Dry anywhere you see water, use wd40 in hard to reach areas and clean it off.
