1995 LX 5 speed CV axle replacement

I have already replaced the driver side CV axle on my 1995 accord LX 5 speed. Will the trans oil leak when Inpull the passenger side??

If it's level it should be OK.

I completed this repair yeaterday. I put a pan under the transmission and Im glad I did, some fluid ran out after I pulled the axle but instantly stopped when the new one was seated.
