Default Integra 1" Brake Master Cylinder into EG

Hey guys,

Wanted any insight from someone who has used the integra ABS 1 inch BMC on a civic eg. The integra BMC has ports in different locations as the EG and one of the ports is a M12X1.0. I realize i have to make custom brake line to go from the proportioning valve to the BMC. My question is what sized hardline did you guys use to make this work? As far as the flare nuts they are (x3) m10x1.0 and one m12×1.0 inverted correct? Do i use 3/16 brake line or 1/4?? Thanks in advance

have one in my EG, I just pulled the larger BMC-to-PV line from the integra and rebent it a little to fit. I can take some external measurements of the lines if it will help...

Instead of doing all of that, you can use the 15/16" from a 90-91 EX and it's a direct swap onto the stock booster. No need to bend and flare any lines.

I might do that if i get lazy. The integra one has a bigger bore and the abs brake booster is much larger

The difference in feel between the 1” and the 15/16” is negligible. I’d wager most drivers wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Isn’t the Integra prop valve in the same spot as the Civic one? Why not go to a junkyard and scavenge the lines off of an Integra?
