this dumb **** still gets asked in 2019... yes you are going to need to redo the head to get 300 hp with porting and valve springs (prob oversized valves etc) to make 300 hp on a dseries... a stock b18 with a ebay turbo will make 300 without making a sweat .... also if you are new to hondas you are still light years away from having a 300 hp honda much less 200-250whp... esp with a dseries lol.... all depends on how much you want to invest into the car

 

Swap it, you'll increase HP right off of the bat.
