Default Midwing removal!

Hey so I bough a ef hatchback with a mid wing (mostly likely wingwest). The previous previous owner must’ve installed it and he just cut holes from the inside of the hatch to screw the wing onto the hatch, I was just wondering is their a way to cover those screw holes when I remove the wing or do I have to get a whole new hatch for it? In my opinion I think the mid wing is pretty ugly so I want to take it off but I don’t want to have 2 random hole in the back.

You can get some grommets at a hardware store that might fit, but bodywork or another hatch is the only thing that is going to fix it permanently.
