hi guys, just quick question how many washer suppose to have on the mainshaft (just before the main shaft bearing) on b16a y1 (it came off ef9 civic or ef8 crx if i am not wrong)
when i removed my broken transmission, i only found 1 washer. Is this correct? or it's suppose to have spring washer and washer like most honda transmission have

It IS supposed to have a cone shaped spring washer and a flat washer... for a total of two.

It should have two. If it is missing one, be sure to check the mainshaft clearance.
