Default New Power Steering pump and grinding noise

I have a 98 civic that never really had power steering. I recently went through inspection and failed for power steering and rack and pinon left boot. I replaced my power steering pump and the steering is much better but the noise is awful. I know you are supposed to get air out of the system and I turned the wheel lock to lock and bubbles are coming out but when the bubbles stop i turn it on and it makes the grinding noise. Any idea what it can be or what to do?

I took a video:

Check for leaks in the suction hose between the reservoir and the pump. Obviously if air is being sucked in when it runs, you'll never be rid of air.

What are you using for fluid? I thought it was supposed to be red. Generic power steering fluids that say "for most cars" will damage the Honda system. You need to use Honda fluid or one that is labeled specifically as suitable for Honda.
