Default Power Steering Pump

Hey guys, I have 2005 Honda Accord. My steering pump was making a noise so I decided to replace it. When I did, the new one made an even louder noise, so i figured I had purchased a defective one, returned it, and put my old one back on. The problem is the steering wheel is very hard to move now (it was fine before I did anything and it was fine with the new one that I returned). When I start the car, the power steering fluid gets sucked in quickly but then it returns as foam, and when I move the wheel back and forth there's air coming out so it sounds like the fluid is boiling. Any suggesting on how to fix this? Thank you.

you have air in the system.after installing a new pump you are suppose to start up the engine and top off the reservoir while turning the steering wheel back and forth until the whining noise goes away

When you changed the pump, did you change this oring? This oring could have been the source of your noise.

Yeah I do that every time I flush the fluid, but it still foams.

I went and got another pump and changed it. Now the wheel is moving fine but there's still a noise when I turn it. The fluid also continues to foam. I changed the fluid reservoir and the sucking hose, but no luck once I bleed out the air by turning the wheel left and right a few times and then start the car, the fluid gets sucked it quickly, but foam comes back. Any ideas on where the air might be coming into the system from? Thank you.

You suppose to turn steering wheel while the car is running,do it for at least 2 min., and do it slowly lock to lock until there is no more air surfacing in the reservoir. What was the reason you have changed the pimp at first?
