Honda gurus,

Good evening!

New-to-me 1998 Civic 2-Door Coupe with Automatic Transmission. I bought it knowing 'it has some tranny problems sometimes', so I am looking into those.

Check engine light is on, and the D4 Light blinks at me. I arced the maintenance connector under the passenger dash, and the D4 light does one long blink and then five short blinks. I have read that it means code '15'.

Does anyone know what Code 15? I know I am going to have to replace some things, but it would be awesome if I could know beforehand where the code is being thrown from!

Anyone have any good info concerning replacement of this? I'm a YouTube mechanic, so it really helps me to see someone else do it - or even know where it is. This is different from the speed sensor in and of itself, right?
