I purchased a jdm itr 1" master cylinder and booster for my current awd crx project about 9 months ago off eBay. I had just gotten to install it and bench bleed it and noticed it doesn't really move any fluid, I'm talking about 20-30 pumps to move maybe 1" of fluid through my clear vacuum lines that were running back into the reservoir. I would like to keep this master and get a rebuild but I'm having a hard time trying to source the parts. If anyone has suggestions I would love to hear them.

I looked around because I was curious what might be out there, but I didn’t see anything. The new aftermarket ones and remand are so cheap that it hardly seems worth the effort. FWIW, I used a new replacement Centric one when I did my brakes last year and there’s nothing wrong with it aside from it being obviously aftermarket.

I ended up ordering a 98 gsr 1" master, the only problem is it has the rear port on the passenger side where my jdm itr master has it on the driver so I'm just going to use it for parts to rebuild mine since it won't clear the intake manifold in my crx trying to run the brake lines that way.

Yeah, ef engine bays make **** more complicated lol. Kinda wish I would have just went with a 15/16" da master cylinder originally but then I wouldn't be able to say I got type r parts yo lol.
