Default Braking issues 1994 civic hatch

brake fluid is leaking from proportioning valve. And I am topping it up but the leak has gotten way worse. There is a scraping sound on the right rear wheel now too. It is starting to not feel safe. I just changed the shoes about 6 months ago but maybe with the leaking valve the pressure is not quite right? I was wondering: are there other cars besides the eg civic that I could get this part used at a junkyard? Are any other civics using the same proportioning valve? Maybe an Acura? Does it matter if it is ABS or not? Thank you - I saw this YouTube video on how to rebuild this valve but I'm not sure I could do that. Thank you.
